Greet each morning with spectacular views of Mt. Kineo at this comfortable studio condo located just off the scenic shores of Moosehead Lake! Quiet, cozy, and ideally positioned, this condo features lovely lake vistas, shared use of a dock on the property, and a flatscreen TV to help you unwind from your daily excursions no matter the time of year. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

This studio is wonderfully located less than a mile from central Rockwood, which has a restaurant, a marina, and equipment rentals. Mt. Kineo State Park and the nine-hole Kineo Golf Course are just across the water, and are easily accessible when you launch your watercraft from the community dock. In the summer, you'll have a front-row seat to hiking, cycling, fishing, and boating; come winter, this area is fantastic for snowmobiling on the surrounding trails and skiing at Big Squaw Mountain 16 miles south.

This vacation rental is not equipped with internet.There are three boat slips available on a first-come, first-serve basis; the dock can be busy in the peak of summer.

Very clean place with a great view

Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!

Would be nice to have internet since the cell coverage isn't the best. But everything was great. Close to the boat landing making easy access to the ice.

Great location but could be cleaner

The location was great. It had bedding even though it said it didn’t which was nice. Carpet and futon were stained which was gross. Air conditioner also did not work.

Thank you for your review, Kristie. The air conditioner is getting replaced as soon as the new unit arrives. We have a window air conditioner ready for any guests that find they need it while we are waiting. Stains will be cleaned right away. We hope to see you again!

Great view of Mt. Kineo

The view was great! The quality of the condo was less than expected. Many stained items: curtains, futon cover, carpet. We walked in and found a dirty sock under the recliner and black used cleaning gloves laying on the recliner seat. The AC was broke, so that made for 2 uncomfortable nights in July of sleeping. It was nice having a kitchenette!

No dock as stated. No wifi password. Charged 89$ for a cleaning fee and had to take my own trash out.

My husband, our 2 year old daughter and I booked this non-refundable condo for 3 nights. Sadly, we stayed 1 night and left. The good: the property was very clean and quiet. The not so good: although we were aware there was no smoking in the condo, we were unaware smoking was prohibited on the entire property. As there was nowhere to walk on or around the property, you had to go in your vehicle or drive somewhere in order to smoke a cigarette. Which is super convenient when you have a toddler. The air-conditioning did not work whatsoever and the cable would go in and out every couple minutes. The only saving grace was that I had one bar of cell service while standing at the front door.
