Boasting the most picturesque setting, this custom-built cottage dazzles with panoramic ocean views. Specifically designed to put the incredible water views on full display, this stylish retreat also features beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a wood-burning firepit. A prime locale on River Road offers convenient access to a wide variety of coastal attractions in the area, like Marshall Point Lighthouse and Birch Point Beach State Park. Enjoy direct access to the water, just steps from your front door!

Wall-to-wall windows in the living area showcase gorgeous views of the ocean and the surrounding islands. Air-conditioning and an electric fireplace add a warm ambience to the room. Stretch out on the plush sectional and stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV (streaming available with guests' own login credentials). The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of upscale appliances, including a gas stove and a French-door fridge. Serve up tasty dishes at the adjacent bistro table. Wake every morning to stunning ocean views in the primary suite, which features a Roku TV and a sparkling en-suite bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, which is also outfitted with a Roku TV. Around the corner, the guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

We stayed here with our aging Labrador retriever. We were attending our daughter’s wedding. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the water views and the access to the tiny private beach that was a short walk from the property. We stay in the area often and will consider this property for future stays.

This was our 4th stay and we'd do it again. Wonderful house and it seems to have somehow gotten even better this year. Really comfortable beds and common room, tons of natural light and the surrounding area is beautiful -- stay on the main deck at night and looking at the water and stars is a daily highlight. Wifi is solid, nearby ocean walk is a can't miss and great lobster is close by.

Nice house, great location, best we've stayed at

We've stayed at various rentals in this area, and this was the best one we've stayed at. Private but still a good location. Very clean, spacious, with good AC/heating options in every room. The porch is a nice place to sit in the morning, and the main living room is a good hang out spot on rainy days. The beach down the road is small, natural and not really for sunbathing, but great for tidepooling and sea glass hunting.

Wonderful Weekend Away.

It was a beautiful setting and a well stocked kitchen. We spent most of the weekend there visiting with family. We were able to close off the ‘family’ room when our older parents went to sleep in the downstairs bedroom earlier than the rest of us. We would stay there again.

very well equipped home with water views, lovely deck. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with enough living space for 6 guests. quiet neighborhood; just 2 blocks to a rocky beach with a sandy beach nearby. gorgeous Pemaquid Point and Lighthouse is just 5 minutes away; twenty minutes from Damerascotta and shopping.

Great location in Bristol!

This property is great. The location is perfect, everything was clean, and everything was functioning appropriately. The backyard is beautiful. If you’re staying for several days I would recommend bringing some extra towels and face clothes as there was only one for each guest. Overall we had a great time and can’t wait to stay again!

Clean, comfortable and spacious place. Huge backyard for our dog. Beautiful view of water from dining room. Huge tv in huge family room with very comfortable couch. Well stocked kitchen. Shirt stroll to beautiful beach on Maine coast.
