Upscale Contemporary Renovated Waterfront 3/2 House with Heated Pool

Right on the water, private freestanding house, private screened in pool, close to all attractions and 15 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. This house is one of a kind, full of beautiful palm trees, new AC and appliances. Spectacular fireworks: New Year, 4th of July. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets every evening at the pool area and listen to your favorite music with Alexa dot. Self check in process. Gas grill and ping pong table . Beautiful quiet community with sidewalks and ponds. 10 minutes from Orlando area, close to theme parks. Featuring : leaving room: 70 inch TV. Master bedroom: 55 inch TV ,king dual adjustable sleep number bed with massage, freestanding soaker tub, glass door shower with tower and body sprayers, rainfall from the ceiling. 2nd bedroom : water view, 42 inch TV, queen size bed. 3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds, disney books for kids. Full size toiletries, plenty of towels, extra pillows, all basic supplies.
Note: heated pool surcharge is $20 per night for 85F and $25 for 90F.
We do not allow parties, pets, smoking inside the house and extra guests that are not listed on the booking. The community park offers tennis courts, playground , pavilions with grills, skate park, roller hockey rink, basketball, baseball field.

Beautiful pool by the lake!

The property was very clean, orderly and had a great ambiance. It felt upscale. Great use of space and plenty of room for 4 adults. An awesome home base for exploring the area. We loves floating in the pool and watching fireworks over the lake. The owner was very responsive. Would absolutely book again.

Perfect relaxing vacation

This home is perfect, beautifully decorated,clean , welcoming, newly renovated , has everything you need. The pool and the games by the pool were a huge plus, we spent alot of time in the backyard. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and not far from all the attractions in Orlando. The host, Elena ,was very prompt to asnwer all of our questions, very helpful and friendly. My family and I will for sure book this wonderful home again when visiting Orlando. Thank you for such a wonderful home,Elena, we enjoyed every minute of it.

What an impeccable home !

Everything was immaculately clean. There is a beautiful view on the water with lots of birds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including any basic you need. The owner answered all our questions and was very helpful. I will not hesitate to go back and to recommend this place to a friend. As a matter of fact, it was our best experience with VRBO.

Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay. Cold and rainy the entire time so no use of the pool or outdoor area. The piano is in poor condition and out of tune. The remainder of the property was as in the photos. We did have a minor issue with bugs in the hall bathroom sink and kitchen sink. We found bug spray under the kitchen sink. My only suggestion would be to have a professional service take care of it. The spray did little. I know that it's Florida and there are bugs. We were comfortable staying in the home.

This beautiful house used to be our primary residence . We started renting it since 2017 on Airbnb and have been super hosts with high guest rating since then. This house was fully renovated with love and european contemporary style. It combines romantic and family atmosphere. We decided to join Vrbo family in 2021 and ready to do our best to fully satisfy our future guests.

Relaxing spa like master retreat: adjustable sleep number bed with massage option ,freestanding soaker tub, glass door shower with tower, body sprayers and rain fall from the ceiling. Quiet neighborhood. Community park is right across the street with different courts, playgrounds, picnic tables and grills.
