The detached holiday home, built in 2019 and renovated in 2019, is furnished in a modern style. The property is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.

Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 42 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Higher ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with TV, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and dryer. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed.

Location
Balatongyörök. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
