Be at the Riverwalk in just two minutes, the University of Tampa in under five, and the rest of downtown (Armature Works, Raymond James Stadium, Channelside, Ybor City, etc.) in just minutes. Arrive at the local Walmart Neighborhood Market in just two minutes, convenient for groceries or any last minute supplies. With three spacious bedrooms, including one queen bed and two twin beds, you’ll find plenty of space to relax. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer…everything you’ll need for your stay. I’m Erika and I co-host our home with my son, Evan, who recently graduated from the University of Tampa. This is when we fell in love with the Tampa Bay Area! We are originally from Syracuse, NY… where there is a lot of snow! ❄️ We love the walkability of Tampa, the cafes and restaurants, and the overall huge variety of places to visit and things to do! There is always something happening or somewhere to go. And being so close to St. Pete and Clearwater beaches is a dream ☺️ We never get bored!

We chose this home for it’s proximity to the UT campus, the Riverwalk, Stadiums, Tampa airport, Channelside, Armature Works, Ybor, and everything that downtown has to offer…while being in a quiet neighborhood with lots of free street parking. 🚘The best of both worlds! 🌇And the bonus is that it’s just about a half hour drive to the beaches in St. Pete and Clearwater too! ☀️🌊😎

Our property is your home away from home! It is newly remodeled, safe, private, has lots of free street parking right out front, and ample space to stretch out inside and outside of the property.

We offer 3 good-sized bedrooms… one with a desk and excellent WIFI in case you need to work remotely, a full kitchen with brand new appliances (including a coffee maker & air fryer!), 1.5 bathrooms, a washer & dryer, indoor & outdoor games, and a cute seating area in the backyard!
