Beautiful villa with private pool near the Fustera beach.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for a maximum of 8 people. The incredible distribution invites you to spend pleasant days in summer. The outdoor terraces are very large and offer both shady and sunny spots. The house consists of two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV/SAT. Everything is on the same level and the entrance is right next to each other. The beach of La Fustera is about 600 meters from the house. The pool is completely private and has a size of 8X4 meters.

Villa Alzina

Beautiful villa with stunning views of the sea in a peaceful scenic area. Excellent facilities inside the villa, lovely pool and seating area. The area could do with a few more restaurants however we could highly recommend Mandala on the beachfront with excellent food/drinks at a reasonable cost. Would visit this villa again!!

What we all needed

A beautiful villa, with a wonderful view out to sea. Our host Agatha, meet us, very friendly and welcoming, showed us around. All the rooms were a good size, excellent kitchen facilities and big dining/lounge area. Lovely garden terrace great for early mornings. Very quiet area of an evening and the pool made it. Fresh baked goods were a great addition when the man comes round. Good local supermarket with loads of products, local friendly bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Spain.

Great little villa for a family break

Lovely compact and comfortable villa in a small residential area within walking distance of a well stocked supermarket, and a few bars and restaurants - we really enjoyed the food and cocktails at the beach bar Mandala. We were warmly greeted by Agata who was great in hosting the property - she made sure she was contactable throughout our stay and when we had an issue with the gas she came out straight away (the canisters just needed replacing) We were two families total of 7 and the layout of the villa was perfect for our different families - the main villa has two bedrooms and a large bathroom, and the guest area has its own lockable door with two bedrooms both with en-suite. All rooms are on one level so no stairs for young or old to navigate. Air conditioning throughout the villa was very welcome and was a modern system so could be set on timers. Villa kitchen was well equipped - a little welcome pack would be great though to just include washing up liquid, bin bags, salt, pepper, cooking oil just as a basis for cooking. Dishwashing machine liquid and coffee pods were provided. We found extra sun loungers in the laundry room to use around the pool later on in our stay - we weren't aware that they were there before. There are also chairs that can be taken to the beach - one suggestion would be to maybe provide a beach umbrella too as there is no shade on the beach and no beach shop. Overall a really relaxing comfortable week in the sun at a really reasonable cost.

Uns hat das:Hause sehr gut gefallen!Toller Ausblick und spanischer flair.Das Haus war sauber und frei von Ameisen.Eine defekte Klimaanlage wurde sofort nach Beanstandung repariert.Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern dort und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i huset. Det var installert aircondition i alle soverom og oppholdsrom, dette var fantastisk. Bassenget var nydelig å bade i. Oppholdsrommet var litt for lite for oss. Kun en liten stue. Ellers var alt bra. Beliggenheten er perfekt, gåavstand til stranden :-) Anbefaler å spise på en restaurant som heter Japonese som ligger 10 min gåavstand unna huset.
