This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 1 km from Cala Baladrar. The house is south-facing and from the wind-protected terrace you can enjoy a slight sea view. Shops, bars, and restaurants can be found within a 1 km radius. Moraira is about 4 km away and Calpe about 7 km.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen. Outside there is a covered terrace. A staircase leads to the open and private terrace surrounding the 8 m x 4 m pool with Roman steps, bordered by a tastefully landscaped garden. An outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue are also available.
The highlight is the covered outdoor kitchen with cooking facilities, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher, so you don’t have to move far from the pool.
In front of the house, within the enclosed 800 sqm property, there is a parking space.
