気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Booked and paid for a month in advance of ck in day. Three days before our ck in date, we mssg host. NO RESPONSE. Day of, NO RESPONSE! No ck info, nothing.Try calling, no answer, then the message their voice is full. Can get no help from the resort where the property is located because it was booked thru VRBO & the host. Finally I tell the host, Licet Rivera, we will have to book a different property if I do other from her. THen I ask ”is it available?” Nothing! As we approach 4pm ck in and having traveled from NC to IL, we are panicking. She finally responds “ sorry for the inconvenience, were you able to cancel?” I explain I need to be sure we will be refunded in full. NO RESPONSE again. I finally telling her we are booking direct thru the resort, and she mssged “ It is available. Seriously! Then she refunds less than the payment! Says that is what VRBO refunds her and she be penalized if they give her the full amount! Says I need to call VRBO! What a scammer!
