気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We are extremely disappointed in this hot pink themed VRBO. We did not receive check in directions until 6:30pm despite arriving at the property at 4:30pm, being promised 3:30pm check in, messaging host, and calling VRBO. The apartment had deflated Mother’s Day balloons (3 weeks old), a party hat, a used dirty magic eraser in the kitchen, water in the kitchen hand soap container, and random towel/blanket laundry left in both the washer and dryer. There was a spray painted message “thanks 4 coming” in the garage. We were not provided the code to access the pool until 9pm. It took us 15 minutes to figure out how to get into the gym. There were 2 queen/double beds upstairs. There is no sofa pull out queen bed and no extra queen as promised. At maximum, this place could fit 5, if someone fits on the tiny couch with 2 in each double bed, not 8. There is no wifi, the smart TV has to be used via hotspot, and there is poor Verizon service if that is your carrier. The host was not a fantastic communicator when we asked him questions. He only answered some questions and tried to convince me the couch was a fold out bed even though it wasn’t. The climbing wall and gym were extremely nice and having a garage was fantastic.
