Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 61 €
- Registration fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 20 €/person/set (obligatory)
- dog 20 €
- Guarantee 400 € (will be refunded within 1 week by bank transfer)

The Space:
Villa Shangrila: beautiful holiday home with breathtaking sea and panoramic views and private pool.

The house has 2 apartments, each with 1 living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, covered balcony.

Totally are available for the tenants: 2 living-rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bath-room, 4 bed-rooms.

A gas barbecue is available for tenants.

The pool is for private use for the tenants.

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guest - but as well key-box possible.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in Calpe in the urbanization Maryvilla in a very quiet residential area.

Other Things to Note:
We accept only families with children or couples (minimum age 25 years). Groups with singles are not accepted. Small dog till 10 kg possible (minimum of age 1 year) - supplement of 20 €.

In the lower season its possible to rent only 1 apartment - the other apartment in this case is closed and nobody else live there.
