Decent area in Huntsville that is rather close to everything. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The inside of the property was clean although it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke or marijuana. On arrival, I assume the windows were left open due to this. Check in process could be smoother. A key was provided at check in, however, my preference is rentals with keyless entries. Also, I prefer clear check-in procedures up front that provides me with everything I need to know from check-in to check-out (like door key location, wifi passcode, check-out procedures). I had to ask for the 1st two items. The check-out procedure was provided the day of checkout, which I missed because we were packing to leave.Improvement I would make: updated matching linens (everything from the fitted sheets, flat sheets, covers, pillow cases, wash cloth/drying towels) were all different designs, nothing matched. So, it didn't feel homely.The entrance to the apartment building leading to this unit looked icky/not maintained the best. Could use a good power washing.Would I rent this one again,? maybe not but it was a decent value for a quick overnight stay.
