1500 sq ft(140 sqm) 2bed/2.5bath town-home built in the year 2014 with a screened in patio that has a private 6 person Hot Tub.

Enjoy meals at home in the full modern kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and other small appliances. There's a flat screen TV in every bedroom. Full size washer and dryer and wireless high speed WIFI internet included. Towels and linens are included for your convenience. A starter kit of house supplies is provided. Coffee, tea, snacks, and more is available at our onsite convenience store open 8am to 11pm.

Your stay includes all the free resort style amenities - NO EXTRA FEES required. The resort includes stunning pools, water slides, tennis court (bring your rackets!), a clubhouse with a fitness center, lobby with seating area, on-site market, pool bar (limited operations due to COVID), concierge, and more less than a 1 minute walk from your front door. Plus, you have your own private screened-in patio and spa with a view of the lake.

The townhome is located in a safe, gated resort, and 24 hour security and security guards. We also have an outdoor security camera at the front porch for additional security. On your arrival day you will receive a gate code to enter the resort and your own private entry code for the front door.

Located walking distance to Old Town Amusement Park and Retail Shops. There are 100+ restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There is plenty of free parking available.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 miles (Publix, Aldi, Walmart)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of
individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation
terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $50 / day
per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking
available. Parking is Free

Check in: 4 pm.
Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-in time is 4 pm. Unauthorized early check-ins will
result in $200 fine.

Check out: 10 am.
Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-out time is 10 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will
result in a $100 fine for delay inside the first hour after official
check-out time.


HOUSE RULES:
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.

- NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.

- NO PETS
We do not allow pet and the default carries a fine of $ 300.
