Cabin itself was pretty and had beautiful view , was only there one night and asked for a late check out which wither way i know its up to staff if possible , when spoke on the phone what i learned it was the manager was very kind , friendly efficient and went out of her way to text me instructions since I couldn’t find email Front desk teen was RUDE , went in in check out day since someone without knocking opened our cabin door at 9 am to see if we were out , young girl checking she apologized no big deal , i went in to front desk to ask if they sell water and just to say as an advice , please knock before entering and person at front desk was so rude, saying it was the managers fault for not placing a note on the system , i said i had a late check out and she kept asking , who you spoke with ? Was it even the right number ? What they said ? Incredibly RUDE , her attitude brought down the experience in general Everything else was fine Also they run well water , which is expected bring bottled water with you
