Parking for several cars on the property, as well as a double garage, are of course also available on this villa estate.
Upstairs: There is 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a balcony, and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea; 1 suite with an en-suite bathroom; and 2 additional bedrooms (one with a sea view) with their own bathrooms, as well as a large gallery with a marble staircase leading down to the lower level.
On the first floor: There is a large reception area with access to another bedroom, a guest restroom, a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with a cooking island (American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc.), a dining area connected to the garden via large windows/doors, a living room with an open fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV.
Of course, there is also a storage room equipped with a new washing machine.

The security deposit must be paid 24 hours before check-in to the landlord’s bank account, the details of which will be provided to the tenant prior to arrival. It will be refunded 48 hours after check-out, following an inspection of the property, provided there is no damage and no complaints regarding noise or music (after midnight).
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to hold PARTIES in the VILLA, to smoke, or to use smoke machines. The security deposit will be withheld in the event of complaints from neighbors or authorities to cover any potential fines.
Check-in is always between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out is always between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Exceptions may be made for early check-ins and late check-outs, provided they have been agreed upon in advance in WRITING.
This is by no means a definitive agreement, as it always depends on the availability of the property and any reservations that may be made before or after your stay.
