The Nautical Nest is a beautifully renovated one-bedroom holiday home at Cottage Street Inn, offering a spacious and inviting retreat with the comfort of home and the charm of a coastal Maine escape. Thoughtfully designed with fresh shiplap walls, vaulted ceilings, and stylish updated finishes, the cottage blends warmth, character, and a refined boutique feel. Ideal for couples, small families, or longer stays, this welcoming space sleeps up to four guests and features a private bedroom along with a pull-out sofa in the living room.
The cottage includes a full kitchen with a large island, a comfortable living area with a smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a freestanding gas stove-style heater that adds warmth and cozy ambiance. The full bathroom is generously sized with two sinks, and the home also includes the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen, guests can enjoy a private back deck with a pergola—perfect for relaxing outdoors after a day at the beach or exploring Ogunquit. With two dedicated parking spaces included, The Nautical Nest offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to settle in. Linens are provided, making it an ideal home base for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway.

5/5 StarsWe had an absolutely amazing stay at the Cottage Street Inn and could not have been happier with our experience! The location is truly unbeatable - we walked everywhere during our trip and never once needed to get in the car. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus and made for the perfect getaway. The house itself was everything we could have asked for - well-appointed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the property.A special shoutout to Kerry and Meghan, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our entire stay. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.We would highly recommend the Cottage Street Inn to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be coming back for our next visit!

We’re Kerry, Meghan, and Chrissy. Longtime Ogunquit visitors excited to share one of our favorite coastal Maine destinations with you. After purchasing Cottage Street Inn in 2026, we thoughtfully renovated and refreshed the property to create a warm, comfortable place for guests to relax and enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer.

We’re proud to welcome you and hope your stay feels just as special as Ogunquit has always felt to us.

The inn features a unique collection of accommodations, including private suites, a detached bungalow, and a cottage — each designed with its own character and inviting coastal style. Guests love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and local attractions while returning to a relaxing and comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

After purchasing the property in 2026, we thoughtfully renovated and refreshed the inn to create a warm, elevated space where guests can truly unwind and enjoy the Maine coast experience.
