• A quiet, long-term resident occupies a completely separate lower-level unit with a private entrance. There is no shared interior access, and the main home is entirely private to guests.
• The property is located near a commuter rail line at the rear of the lot. Passenger trains pass briefly (about 10–15 seconds) several times per hour between approximately 4:30 AM and 11 PM. Occasional freight trains may pass overnight a few times per month. Most guests find the impact minimal, but we provide this information for full transparency.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire main-level home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, office, laundry room, balcony, and front porch. The garage is not included. A separate lower-level unit is occupied by a long-term resident with a private entrance and no shared interior access. The main home and outdoor spaces designated for guests are exclusively yours during your stay.
