Steel City King Studio Escape 3

This is a compact studio I’ve designed for easy, no-fuss stays right in central Birmingham. Everything is within one open space, so it’s convenient whether you’re studying, working, or just visiting. The Juliet balcony is a small but nice touch—it brightens the place and lets you feel connected to the city. It works well for up to 3 guests, whether that’s a short family visit or a simple stay while you’re in town.

-The building is completing a series of property improvements to enhance the overall guest and resident experience. Guests may experience occasional construction noise or temporary restrictions in some common areas, but access to the unit will remain available throughout the project. We would like to be transparent about this so there are no surprises that will lead to a bad review 😊

We are delighted to welcome you beginning at 4:00 PM, with departure kindly scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Should you wish to arrive earlier, a 2:00 PM check-in may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please notify us in advance so we may prepare accordingly.

Choose your damage protection option:
- Please select one before check-in:
• $35 non-refundable waiver
• $250 refundable deposit, returned after checkout if no damages are found. A $15 processing fee applies.

Pet-free stay:
Pets are not allowed in the unit.

No smoking indoors:
Smoking inside is not permitted. A fee may apply if this rule is not followed.

Please Note About the Building
This home is located inside a shared residential building. We personally prepare and maintain the private unit to be clean, comfortable, and guest-ready for your stay. Because the building’s exterior, hallways, elevators, parking areas, sidewalks, and other shared spaces are maintained by the building/property management, their condition may vary and is outside of our direct control. We truly appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help with anything related to the unit itself.

A camera is installed at the entrance, along with a noise monitoring device inside the unit 😊 These are used to support a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.
Please be assured that no audio or conversations are recorded, and no devices are present in bedrooms or bathrooms 💛
