Completely equiped kitchen, including dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge and every cooking utencil you may need. Private clothes washer and dryer. Also great view to the resort area and town.

The 3 bedroom apartment that can comfortably fit 6 people on 3 beds. You can also use the large living room couch as an extra bed. Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living room are spacious so you can relax with comfort. Situated on the newest most luxurious building of the resort.

Located less than 1.5 hours drive from Costa Rica’s Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). With rolling green hills of jungle and farm pasture in the distance, Jaco sits in a wide cove with rocky points on each end. The beach is a long gray arc that has a backdrop of palm trees, surf side hotels, souvenir and boutique shops, a huge selection of restaurants and bars, and the occasional mid-to-high-rise condo complex.

The condominium is walking distance from the Beach and Downtown Jaco ( less than 10 minutes. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in Jaco . Taxis are safe and affordable ( remember to ask for the meter to be turned on at the beginning of every ride). There are several car rental locations in town in case you want to venture farther away on your own. The Resort has plenty of parking space with 24 hours security.

For your peace of mind and security, the Condominium complex has 24h staffed security. In order to enter the gated community, I will need the full legal name and of every guest in your party, at least 48 hours before your arrival so I can enter your information in the authorized guest security registry.
