We have done our best to provide a home away from home for that wonderful vacation and beach experience that you will enjoy and remember for years to come. Whether you are a family making memories, a group of adventurous friends or a couple looking for tranquility, our space offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation and fun.

Make yourself at home! This private, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, features perimeter walls and comes fully equipped with A/C, internet access, smart TV, and a complete kitchen. The gated parking comfortably and securely fits 3 vehicles.

The home is open concept, spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, then relax in the warm and cozy atmosphere of the living room or out by the pool. The walkout takes you to where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility and allows for sun and play in the refreshing private backyard pool. The open, yet private space in the back is perfect for that morning coffee or yoga. This is the perfect vacation getaway spot for a family or small group.

The home is centrally located for getting around Jacó, at only a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach. You don’t need to take a vehicle to get to the main points of interest, such as the market, pharmacy, general shopping, or Jacó Beach (just two blocks away).

Jacó has the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement, and is ideal for travelers and explorers who like a variety of activities. You can book tours in the downtown area for everything from waterfalls, horseback riding, zip-lining, paragliding to jungle ATV rides.

Important Reservation Details and Rules
Before you decide to reserve, please note these important details to make sure this is the rental for you and that your stay will be nothing short of extraordinary.
The use of the pool is private and unlimited. It can be used 24 hours a day, as long as evening hours are respected and the noise is kept at a minimum, as the house is located in a residential neighborhood.
Must be 21 years of age to reserve/book.
We have a strict no-pet policy at this time.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 7, including children.
For your safety, there is a security camera overlooking the main entrance.
