Spanning 140 square meters, this vacation home offers a very special ambiance and features a sustainable energy concept. Newly renovated and lovingly designed using reclaimed wood and beautiful fabrics, our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A private entrance and exclusive use of the house guarantee a private atmosphere. The covered hot tub and the terrace, which offer a fantastic view of the Bavarian Forest, provide pure relaxation. The cozy and rustic decor runs throughout the entire house. A modern take on a mountain cabin with all the comforts guests could wish for on a personalized vacation—your vacation home spans 3 floors (…as is typical in a mountain cabin, there are steep stairs connecting the floors) and offers: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, plenty of space even for large families and small groups; 1 large living and dining kitchen serves as the cozy heart of your vacation home—the large, heavy wooden table offers ample seating; 2 bathrooms with showers; and a game and reading nook that invites you to linger even when the weather is bad. a coat closet; a covered outdoor hot tub for your exclusive use; an outdoor seating area with a lighted awning, windbreak, and a Weber electric grill, offering a magnificent view of the Rachel and Dreisessel mountains all the way to the Mühltal valley in Austria. A parking space; washer/dryer (for a fee). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed because we have a skittish house cat, and smoking is not permitted in our vacation home. Amenities: Kitchen: electric stove, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, bread slicer, hand mixer, electric kettle, dishes, cookware, silverware, fridge-freezer; Living/Dining Area: TV, Wi-Fi, large sofa, large wooden table with comfortable seating, washer/dryer (for a fee), iron and ironing board, Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, bathrobes (for a rental fee), Children: Play area, games, wooden train set, crib, and high chair; Garden/outdoor area: Weber electric grill, rattan seating set, electric awning, windbreak, covered hot tub (for 6 people) for exclusive use; Parking; Sustainable and eco-conscious travel: A solar power system generates more electricity than is consumed. “Hüttenglück” is heated with a wood chip heating system; the wood chips come from the maintenance of our own forest and are therefore a byproduct. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Key pickup: by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
