📝 A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to activate the pool heater. Once activated, pool heating must remain in effect for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be turned on and off intermittently



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

• While the home is regularly treated for pests, they are common in Florida, especially near the water, and sightings may occur. Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues.

• If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

• Please note that normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present throughout the home, including the screened pool area, due to regular use and outdoor conditions. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before each stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, screened pool, patio, and backyard studio. The garage and driveway are available for parking. No shared spaces—your group will have complete privacy throughout your stay 🏡



Pool Information & Heating Options 🌴🤽

* The pool is maintained at approximately 82°F by default.

* If you would like the pool heated to 90°F, we can arrange this for an additional $45 per night. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

* Pool heating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

* Our pool service technician visits every Thursday afternoon for routine maintenance.

⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.



👶 Pack ’n Play: Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. As these items are shared across units, we recommend requesting one at the time of booking to confirm availability. Not all listings include them, so please check the amenities or contact our team in advance.



🗑️ Additional Supplies: May be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.
