Our stay at Solana Beach Luxe was outstanding! Great view of ocean from condo patio for sunset viewing. Easy access to beach and to local restaurants, coffee shops and brewery. Highly recommend!

Great ocean view. Well appointed. Close to a number of attractions. Could have used more instructions on how everything works in the unit, but after a day we were able to figure it out. We recommend this VRBO.

Need to separate a wonderful host, from some apartment issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like working with Stubbs they’re consistently responsive, flexible and professional. This unit was a bit troubled but nothing too do with Stubbs. L in a great area and parking was easy. The owners need to go through the unit and tune it up.

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental and great location. The property management was wonderful to work with! They were very response when I asked questions and very responsive with some very minor issues when we arrived. They arrived to correct the minor issue within a hour and made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. I will definitely use this company again if renting in the area.
