Enjoy panoramic ocean views from this top-floor two-bedroom condo with outdoor decks facing both east and west allowing you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from this home-away-from-home. Enjoy direct beach access, tennis, or lie by the pool. Walking distance to Solana Beach restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom with king and ocean views. Second bedroom with Queen and trundle. Kitchen and Dining: Open light and bright kitchen and dining area Living Area: Bathrooms: Two full baths
Extras: Direct beach access, tennis, and pool. Please note No pets allowed. An elevator will take you up to the 3rd floor. No A/C , there is a portable A/C in one room, fans are provided.

There was a peek-a-boo view of the ocean between buildings. On site parking for 2 cars in covered garage. Clean and well supplied throughout. Host replied quickly to all questions. The entire property was very quiet. Comfortable living room seating. 2 balconies with outdoor table and chairs are great for enjoying the ocean setting. Unfortunately we were not informed about the front deck being under repair and not usable. This made the bbq grill inaccessible.

Beautiful inside and out

We found the property to be beautiful, clean and comfortable. The views from both bedrooms and the living room were gorgeous. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe, with interesting and engaging facets (ex. art/design district nearby). Grocery and drug stores are also nearby, as are several restaurants with a variety of cuisines. This property is a real gem!

Solana Beach Stay was very nice.

The room was very nice and had a very good proximity to the ocean and the view was better than advertised. There is one bedroom that has a three-story drop when the window is open and is guarded by a very flexible plexiglass rod. Not recommending a stay with very small children as they can move chairs and get to the screen or go under the rod and possibly drop to the ground. We kept that room locked.

Great Property! Ideal location!

If you havent visited Solana Beach before I highly recommend. This property is the perfect mix of close beach access and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Check in process was smooth and great communication. There was even a video of how to find our parking spot! I'm not sure how else we would have found it. Cozy beds. Sunset views. Well appointed. I hope to stay again soon.

Lovely!

The condo is lovely! It’s an extremely relaxing environment with numerous details to list. The outdoor patio, seating and beach items are wonderful. Erik went out of his way to communicate and offer alternative parking for our large vehicle filled with our daughter’s college belongings. The beach is clean and beautiful. We hope to visit again soon!

Steps away from the beach with a nice view of the ocean. The place is fully stocked with anything you may need and the property manager is amicable and prompt.
