Charming Old Louisville Escape Close to Downtown

We’re two best friends turned business partners who share a love for travel, meaningful connection, and creating memorable experiences. We’re originally from Kentucky and have always believed there’s something special about making people feel genuinely welcome — whether that’s around a dinner table, through community work, or by creating a space that feels like home the moment you walk in.

When we’re not hosting, you’ll usually find us planning our next trip, diving into a good book, exploring great food spots, or hunting down the perfect cocktail (or mocktail). We love vibrant spaces, thoughtful design, and experiences that feel elevated without being overdone.

We’re also deeply passionate about people and community impact. Building relationships, creating spaces where people feel connected, and investing in the communities around us are some of the things that matter most to us.

Hosting started naturally for us. Friends and family have always told us that we have a gift for making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and right at home. After hearing that over and over, we decided to turn that gift into something bigger.

We became hosts because we believe travel should feel special without being overpriced. We know what it’s like to search for a place that feels beautiful, intentional, comfortable, and worth every dollar — and that’s exactly what we aim to provide.

Our goal is simple: to create an elevated stay that feels warm, effortless, and thoughtfully designed, so whether you’re here for work, rest, or adventure, you feel completely at home.

We chose this neighborhood very intentionally.

Old Louisville is one of Louisville’s most historic and architecturally significant neighborhoods. Developed in the late 1800s and early 1900s, it is home to one of the largest collections of preserved Victorian homes in the United States. The neighborhood is known for its stunning historic mansions, charming tree-lined streets, beautiful walking paths, and timeless character that gives you a true sense of Louisville’s story and soul.

There is something special about being here. The architecture, the history, and the feeling of being connected to the city’s past while still being right in the center of everything happening today make this area unlike anywhere else in Louisville.

We love this location because it places guests within 5 to 15 minutes of so much of what makes Louisville special, whether you are here for work, play, or a little of both.
