Good location

We had a great 3 night stay here, overall was clean and modern, I would stay again if in the neighborhood. There were some cobwebs along the front porch by the front door, the bathroom was on the small size and I was surprised upon entry that the bed was in the living room and the couch in the kitchen! I didn’t get that from the pics but based on the fact that this was turned into a VRBO, I guess I understand the reasoning of using the space!

Modern, stylish, near Louisville

This apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and me on our visit to Louisville for the Bourbon and Beyond Music Festival. It was modern, so clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a big screen tv in one room, and a comfy sitting area in the kitchen. Just a quick drive to all the best parts of Louisville from highway access right nearby. Christopher was very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy spot for a couples trip or a girls trip!

Cute little place. It was a bit dusty. I enjoyed having coffee items there but didn’t use any nor the toiletries left as they were half used. That grossed me out a bit. We liked how close the location was. Could use more outlets and hooks on walls. I would def recommend bringing your own pillows. We went to wal mart and bought our own. The bed was pretty comfortable tho. Cute neighborhood. Enjoyed your stay over all.

I personally renovated and designed these apartments with themes inspired by travel, relaxation, bourbon culture, and beach vibes. I take pride in making sure guests have a smooth and comfortable stay whether they’re visiting for work, vacation, concerts, sporting events, the Bourbon Trail, or just a weekend getaway.

113 Sunset Avenue is located in historic Clarksville, Indiana, just minutes from Downtown Louisville, Museum Row, Waterfront Park, the Yum Center, Churchill Downs, and Louisville’s famous Whiskey Row and Bourbon Trail attractions.

Guests love that they can quickly access restaurants, nightlife, concerts, museums, shopping, and sporting events while still returning to a peaceful neighborhood at the end of the day.

The area also has a unique historic charm with older homes, mature trees, and easy access to the Ohio River and interstate system, making it a great central location for both short visits and longer stays.
