The holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area, in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located in Crikvenica, just 200 m from International Beach and 200 m from Kastel Beach. This holiday home is 34 km from Trsat Castle and 34 km from Croatian National Theater Ivan Zajc Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
