LIVING & ENTERTAINING:
Step inside to a bright, spacious entryway that opens into a large coastal living room designed for gathering and relaxation. Plush sofa seating, cozy accent chairs, and a large smart TV create the perfect setting for movie nights, game days, or unwinding after the beach.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, two full-size refrigerators, microwave, thoughtfully stocked spice rack, and dedicated coffee bar to keep your group fueled throughout your stay. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the second-floor balcony. Bedroom 3 is ideal for larger groups or kids with two bunk beds featuring full beds on the bottom and twin beds above, plus balcony access and a large selection of board games. Bedroom 4 features a queen bed, TV, and closet.
The third floor includes three additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Bedroom 5 offers two queen beds, a TV, and pack-and-play for families traveling with young children. Bedroom 6 features a king bed, spacious closet, and private balcony with ocean views. Bedroom 7 includes a queen bed and closet space.

Located on charming Austin Ave, you’ll be close to local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and Ventnor’s beautiful beach and boardwalk. Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach town atmosphere while still being just minutes from the casinos, nightlife, and entertainment of Atlantic City, as well as the dining and shopping of nearby Margate. Don’t miss Ventnor’s popular summer Farmers Market every Friday from 8am-12pm
Listing Transit: The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles depending on the size. For additional parking, two street parking passes are provided for free 24/7 street parking nearby.
TVs: There are TVs in several bedrooms and living spaces. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
STAIRS: Approx. 8 stairs required to access the 1st floor living space, then 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd and 3rd floor bedroom/living spaces.
HVAC: The home is heated and cool via a central heating and cooling system controlled by wall mounted thermostats throughout.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
