Enjoy a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a colorful game room, large deck with outdoor TV overlooking Roark Creek, indoor and outdoor pools, and fitness center—perfect for families or groups.

• Bedrooms & Sleeping: King in primary with coffee bar and ensuite, queen + twin bunk beds in second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room

• Game Room: arcade games, board games, card games, Connect 4 wall game, ample seating

• Kitchen: fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, kids’ plates and sippy cups, all standard appliances, toaster, and coffee maker
