The three rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort, so you’ll feel right at
home.
Electric roller shutters in both bedrooms are just as much a part of the apartment as
allergy-friendly amenities and free Wi-Fi.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set, a cozy recliner, a large cable LEDSmart
TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. From here, you can access the west-facing balcony.
A separate dining area in the light-filled bay window, featuring a fully equipped built-in kitchen, oven, 4-zone
ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and an additional coffee pod machine, adjoins the living room
. From here, you have a direct view of the dike.
In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, an LED smart TV-40 TV with smart features and
DVB-T reception (public broadcasters), a spacious wardrobe, and an electric
safe. From here, you can access the north-facing balcony.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 200 cm pull-out bed and a small closet
. The bed can be easily converted into a double bed in just a few simple steps. From here, you can access
the east-facing balcony.
The apartment includes a bathroom with natural light. In addition to the toilet and shower, it also features a
towel warmer and bathroom cabinetry with plenty of storage space
. You can park your car right in front of the building, so you can quickly carry your luggage into the apartment via the balcony

The approximately 58 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is, of course, accessible
. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the communal basement.
The beach is just a few steps away.
Numerous restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk, as is the center
of the North Sea spa town of Duhnen. Here you’ll find a wide variety of shops
and shopping options.



The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby ahoi! Thalasso Center in Duhnen.
