Angeles Boulevard has personality, and it has the square footage to back it up: 1,496 feet across two levels, with room for up to eight guests in three bedrooms.

The two main bedrooms each have a full bed. The third is built for flexibility — a twin-over-twin bunk, a trundle, and a full bed — which makes it the obvious pick for kids crashing after a day on the slopes or adults who just need somewhere to land. With two floors, there's always somewhere to spread out. The main level holds the living room, anchored by an electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and barstool seating made for lingering. Upstairs, the den is a second lounge with its own TV and a foosball table that gets more competitive than anyone plans on.

Meals tend to take their time here. The dining area opens off the kitchen, and on clear days the outdoor table makes a strong case for eating outside. The paved Alpine Pedal Path is closer still, tracing the sparkling north shore for an easy walk or ride, while Castle Rock Trail rewards a steeper climb with sweeping views of the water. About fifteen minutes west, the Village along Pine Knot Boulevard delivers walkable dining and shopping, and Big Bear Marina is your launch point for boat and jet ski rentals, wakeboarding, charter fishing, and a full day on the lake.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
