After a day exploring the city or attending an event, unwind indoors with a movie on the smart TV, a quiet evening by the indoor fireplace, or a relaxing session in the building sauna. Whether you're visiting for a weekend game, medical stay, or work trip, the space offers an easy balance of convenience and comfort during Cleveland’s spring season.



Sleeping arrangements

This 1-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 7 guests with a queen bed, sofa sleepers, and an air mattress. The bedroom is set up with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to help you settle in comfortably after a busy day downtown. A washer and dryer, iron, and essentials add convenience for both short and extended stays.



Living space

The apartment includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning, and a smart lock for smooth self check-in. In the evenings, gather around the indoor fireplace for a cozy atmosphere before heading out to nearby restaurants, nightlife, or events. Board games and a TV make it easy to spend downtime indoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dining table. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and coffee are also provided, making longer stays feel especially practical and comfortable.

Guests have access to a gym, sauna, elevator, and secure coded building entry. On-site security is available Thursday through Sunday, and self check-in is handled through a smart lock system with a 4-digit access code provided before arrival. Free parking garage on premises is available, and there is also a paid parking lot off premises nearby.



Neighborhood

Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, the apartment places you within walking distance of Playhouse Square, Cleveland State University, East 4th Street dining and nightlife, Progressive Field, and Rocket Arena. Cleveland Browns Stadium, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the Great Lakes Science Center are also nearby. Medical travelers can easily access Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals via the RTA HealthLine, which runs directly outside the building. Hopkins International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car or train.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, plus access to shared building amenities including the fitness center with sauna and the main entrance via secure coded entry.

The building is access-controlled at all times, with on-site security present Thursday through Sunday for added peace of mind. Garage parking is available on-site for purchase in a secure, gated garage — perfect for guests driving in for events, games, or extended stays.

Check-in is fully contactless. You will receive a 4-digit access code before your arrival, granting entry to both the building and the unit. There's no need to meet anyone, wait in a lobby, or coordinate key handoffs — just arrive and settle in on your schedule.



The Neighborhood:

You're staying right on Euclid Ave in the heart of downtown Cleveland, surrounded by some of the city's most popular destinations. Walk to Playhouse Square's theaters, Cleveland State University, and the East 4th Street dining and nightlife scene in just minutes.

Sports and event travelers are perfectly positioned — Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and Cleveland Browns Stadium are a short walk or quick rideshare away. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center, and the lakefront round out the entertainment options nearby.

Medical travelers benefit from quick 5–10 minute access to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals, with the RTA HealthLine running right outside the building straight to the Clinic and University Circle's museums. Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is about 20 minutes by car or train, and dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are right outside your door.



Getting Around:

By car: Paid parking is available on-site in a secure, gated garage for purchase — ideal for guests driving in for games, events, or longer stays. Several public parking garages and lots are also located within a block or two.

Public transit: The RTA HealthLine bus runs directly down Euclid Ave, providing fast, frequent service to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and the University Circle museum district (Cleveland Museum of Art, Natural History Museum, Botanical Garden).

Trains: The Tower City Center transit hub is a short walk away, connecting you to the RTA Red Line — including direct rail service to Hopkins International Airport (CLE) in roughly 25 minutes.

Rideshare & walking: Uber and Lyft are widely available and inexpensive in downtown Cleveland. Most major attractions, stadiums, restaurants, and theaters are within easy walking distance, making a car optional for most stays.

Airport: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is approximately 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by Red Line train.



Other Things to Note:

Damage Protection Program

A $35 Damage Protection Program fee is applied to every reservation and covers accidental damages up to $150 during your stay. This eliminates the need for a security deposit hold and gives both parties peace of mind.

On-Site Parking (Available for Purchase)

Secure, gated on-site garage parking is available for an additional fee. Spots are limited and can be reserved in advance — please message us to arrange. Additional public parking garages and lots are also located within close walking distance.

Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal requirements and property security policies, all guests are required to:

- Provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID

- Confirm contact information

- Complete our verification portal

- In some cases, undergo a brief background screening

Rental Agreement

By completing your reservation, you agree to:

- Be bound by our rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in

- Undergo a background check if required by management

- Acknowledge that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete

Verification Deadlines

- Standard bookings: verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking

- Same-day bookings: verification must be completed within 1 hour of booking

- Reservations not meeting verification criteria may be cancelled

Pets

Pets are allowed with prior approval — please disclose any pet before booking to avoid cancellation. Per-pet cleaning fees:

- 1–4 nights: $35/night

- 5–29 nights: $250 flat

- 30+ nights: $400/month

Security Camera

One exterior security camera is located at the unit's door entrance for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the unit. Tampering with, blocking, or disabling this camera will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Please treat the space with respect. If anything comes up during your stay, message us anytime — we'll resolve issues as quickly as possible.



House Rules

Cancellation policies apply.

1. No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas of the building. Violations are subject to a $1,000 fine.

2. No parties or events. Excessive noise, loud music, or neighbor complaints will result in a $2,000 fee and immediate termination of the stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

3. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. See "Other Things to Note" for per-pet fees. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $250 fine plus applicable cleaning fees.

4. Excessive mess or damage beyond standard cleaning will be charged to the guest. This includes stained or damaged sheets, towels, or furniture.

5. Lost, missing, or damaged keys, fobs, or parking permits: $250 replacement fee per item.

6. Late check-out: $40/hour, subject to approval and advance notice.

7. Early check-in (before 4 PM): $40/hour. Availability is confirmed the day of check-in.

8. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.

9. Undeclared guests over the listing's stated capacity will be charged $99 per guest, per night.

10. Cleaning concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after check-in so we can resolve them quickly.

11. No mail or packages may be delivered to the unit address. Use a local FedEx/UPS location or hand-deliver. We cannot retrieve mail or packages on your behalf.

12. Respectful communication is required. Profanity or threats toward staff will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

13. Guest must book with a valid government-issued ID and not engage in fraud or identity misrepresentation.

14. Camera disclosure: One exterior camera is located at the door entrance. Blocking or disabling it will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

15. By booking, the guest agrees to release the host and property owners from liability for any injuries, lost items, or accidents occurring on or near the property.
