Welcome to Casa Verde—your modern Ozark basecamp built for trail lovers, families, and NWA explorers.

This new construction home is located just 1 house away from the famous Back 40 trail system, you can gear up and ride out in seconds. After hitting the dirt or visiting the new OZ Gravity Park, head 10 minutes down the road to historic Bentonville Square and Crystal Bridges.

Features 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (sleeps 9), 2 king beds, 3 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Additional features include: secure bike setup in the garage and a bike wash outside, ultra-fast 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi, peaceful outdoor covered patio, monitor and desk for working, EV Charger in the garage and big screen TV's in all the rooms. Guest passes available upon request for the Bella Vista amenities like the, pool, fitness center and golf course across the street.

My wife and I have been in Northwest Arkansas for 25+ years. We have raised our kids in NWA and love everything that it has to offer. Whether you are an outdoors person like myself or someone who enjoys the arts and dining scene, there is something for everyone. We have enjoyed hosting guests in the short time we have been doing it and love providing guests with recommendations on hidden gems across the area.

Bella Vista is an amazing town, it started out as primarily a retirement community with a bunch of lakes and golf course and other amenities. But as NWA has grown, Bella Vista has adapted and now offers something for everyone. You still have the lakes and golf courses but now you have more parks, pools and miles and miles of walking and bike trails for everyone to enjoy. We chose this particular neighborhood to open our rental due to its proximity to these amenities including the brand new OZ gravity bike park with the state's first bike chair lift.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This house is brand new construction so when we purchase the house, we started with a blank slate. We love the travel ourselves and over the years, we have taken note of what we liked in a rental house and tried to apply these to our house. We also didn't skimp when it comes to furnishing the house, all the furnishing our brand new. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything that could be needed included an espresso machine, blender, crockpot, rice cooker and food processor.
