With only one shared wall, it’s located beside Lakeside Park, the Lakeside Trail, nearby wineries, Slidewaters, and downtown Chelan.



The Space:

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our condo only 2 miles from downtown, and right next to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lakeside Park.



Centrally located for quick access to vineyards, golf, fun at the lake, fishing, water sports, Slidewaters water park, Lady of the Lake boat tours, hiking, downtown Chelan window shopping, and more! Perfect for a couple's, or small family weekend.



1 FREE parking spot! Avoid the traffic, long lines and fees to park your car at Lakeside Park! Additional vehicles can park at the city park & ride a block away. (A second spot may be available upon request.)



This is a completely private stay, with self check in, and check out. There are two queen beds; 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room.

This condo has peak-a-boo lake views in the living room, and the lake in less than 2 minutes away on foot. There's no need to move your car to see and access the water!



Guest Access:

You'll have full private access to the condo.



This is a one floor, second story condo (use of stairs are required to enter the condo).



Enjoy the quiet of no one above you and only one shared wall.



The patio and grills on the FIRST floor are private, and only for the use of Guests renting Bungalow's 5 & 6.



There is no pool on the property, or pool access. The pool next door is for LAKESIDE VILLA GUESTS ONLY, not Beach Bungalow guests.



The Neighborhood:

The Beach Bungalows are tucked beside Lakeside Park, just steps from Lake Chelan and the Lakeside Trail to downtown. This charming beachside community offers easy access to swimming, paddle boarding, boating, biking, and lakeside walks, with a sandy beach, playground, picnic areas, and waterfront park just outside your door.



Located only minutes from Slidewaters, Lady of the Lake, downtown Chelan, local golf courses, and many of the valley’s popular wineries, the Beach Bungalows make an ideal home base for lake days, wine tasting weekends, weddings, outdoor adventures, and year-round events.



Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, family vacation, or weekend with friends, you’ll be close to everything Chelan has to offer while still enjoying a relaxed lakeside setting.



Getting Around:

Here are some directions to help you find our place:



1) If coming from Seattle - when on Highway 97 ALT North, turn LEFT onto Center Street (at the giant snow cone), towards the lake.



If coming from downtown Chelan - take a RIGHT onto Center Street (at the giant snow cone), towards the lake.



2) Slowly head straight, and take the FIRST LEFT down the driveway before the round-about (between Lakeside Villas and Lakeside Beach Bungalows).



3) Your parking spot is the 1st spot on your right, along the black fence, labeled B-1.



4) Walk up the flight of stairs near your parking spot to apartment number 1 (on your right).



Other Things to Note:

Per our Homeowners Association (HOA) Bylaws, the primary guest on the reservation (the guest of record) must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.



We have a 4 guests maximum, as we only provide sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. A GUEST is defined as an adult, teenager, child, toddler, baby, and infant - this all aged children & babies do count as a guest. Our HOA limits this condo to a 5 guest maximum in the condo and at the pool. If you have 4 guests and an infant/baby (i.e. 12 months old or younger) please mention this in your booking request and request a pack & play.



Our HOA guest limit rules are strictly enforced. Any additional (not approved) guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of (4 guests).



NO PETS are permitted in the condo. I love dogs! However renters are not permitted by our HOA to have dogs on the property. This is a rule instituted by the full time residents to keep the harmony around the community, and the grounds clean. If you attempt to sneak a pet in, this is a clear violation to our set rules and you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you have a service animal, please let me know ahead of time so I can inform the community as I know many service animals do not perform obvious tasks. Please be prepared to provide documentation upon request.



We have a limited window to get the condo cleaned and reset in between guest stays. To ensure there's enough time to clean and reset the condo for your stay, check in as at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. Please communicate with advanced notice if you would like to arrive early, or checkout late so I can check with my housekeeping team to see if we can accommodate you.



Travel Planning: I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Refunds cannot be provided for weather, wildfire smoke, air quality, road closures, or other events outside the host's control unless the property cannot legally be occupied. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for full details.
