This is a great condo and a great property! We've stayed at most of the resorts along Sandy Beach, but this was our first time at Sonoran Spa. We liked the property very much. Check in was mostly smooth and everyone was extremely kind and polite. We had a minor hitch with getting the code to the condo, but it was resolved within ten minutes. Great communication! The condo itself is very nice, and plenty spacious for two people (it was just my spouse and me). Everything was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The bed and furniture were all very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, too. The little on-site breakfast/lunch restaurant is a great spot for a quick meal, and Sonoran Grill made us some awesome tacos. The convenience store is handy and the prices are much more reasonable than other resorts where we've stayed. The gym is extremely well-equipped and very clean. I'd love to talk about the pool and the beach, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us on this trip. Penasco was hit by the edge of a hurricane and the wind was just too brisk to enjoy the pool or the beach. We actually went home a day early due to the weather, but that was no fault of the condo, the property or the rental company. No one can control the weather! We would absolutely stay at this location again. Highly recommended!
