With the marina, golf course, ski area, and cave all within easy reach, having your own wheels means you`re on your own schedule. The drive into Garden City itself is half the experience, especially coming through Logan Canyon where the scenery does things to you that no photo fully captures.

Parking — Please Read Carefully
We`ve made sure there`s plenty of space for you and your gear including the boat.

Here`s what`s available on the property:

2-car garage — covered, secure, and yours to use
2 additional spaces in the driveway — perfect for extra vehicles or larger SUVs
1 designated parking strip beside the garage — fits either 1 boat/trailer OR up to 2 additional cars

That`s a total capacity for up to 6 vehicles or 4 cars plus your boat and trailer.

Important — No Street Parking. This Is Strictly Enforced.

We want to be upfront about this because we genuinely don`t want anyone`s trip disrupted by an unexpected fine. Street parking is strictly prohibited on and around the property. This policy is enforced jointly by Garden City and the Lochwood Homeowners Association and violations carry a $500 fine that is issued directly to the vehicle owner.

This isn`t something we have flexibility on, and we ask all guests and any visitors you may have during your stay to park only within the designated on-property spaces listed above. With the garage, driveway, and parking strip combined, there`s genuinely enough room for everyone as long as it`s planned ahead

If you`re expecting extra guests or day visitors, just coordinate arrival times so the on-property parking can be managed smoothly. It`s an easy thing to sort out in advance and saves everyone a headache.

Bringing a Boat?
You`re in the right place. The dedicated parking strip next to the garage was designed with exactly you in mind. Pull your trailer in, unhook, and you`re set for the whole stay. Bear Lake Marina is 2.5 miles away a quick, easy tow when you`re ready to launch

The property offers a 2-car garage, space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway, and a designated parking strip next to the garage that can accommodate either 1 boat/trailer or up to 2 cars. Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited. We strive to follow all regulations set by Garden City and the Lochwood Homeowners Association, both of which enforce a no street parking policy. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine, so we kindly ask all guests to adhere to these rules during their stay.
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
-No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
-Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
-Trash must be taken around the corner to the neighborhood dumpsters.
-Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
-Always secure the hot tub pool with the provided strap
-Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
- Fire restrictions for the Garden City areas. No camp fires. No open flames. No fireworks.

***We strive to ensure that the rules of Garden City and the Lochwood Homeowners Association are followed. One of those rules that is issued by both the City and Lochwood is that PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STREETS. Theres a $500 fine if you don’t abide by these rules***
