Wizard Hat Beach House

The Wizard Hat Beach House is a massive 4,992 square foot house with arguably the best views of the ocean on the entire Pacific coast. This house spans three and a half floors and has two separate house-width decks, a primary bedroom with it's own private sitting area, a large kitchen and a luxurious jetted tub. It will sleep up to 9 adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the third floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the bottom level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. Guests can access the beach using the stairwell leading from the house and enjoy miles of beachcombing or a leisurely walk into Old Town.

This house is just minutes from Old Town and the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.

It was perfectly located and the views were amazing!

We were completely happy with our stay at the wizard hat. Would definitely recommend the house to others. There are a lot of stairs so pack lighter than I did :)

Beautiful Wizard's Hat Beach House

The Wizard’s Hat Beach House is a beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable. Every room was really clean and thoughtfully decorated. The views of the Bandon beach and ocean were absolutely gorgeous—sunsets were unforgettable. We loved how peaceful and private the location felt. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and scenery in one perfect spot.

Overwhelming view

Clean, large house lived up to the description. Great location for walking to town and direct beach access. Our group was 3 couples, and all enjoyed the size of the house for its relaxed feel and views.

Huge house. Plenty of room for multiple couples plus kids.

The manager was great and easy to work with. The house was awesome and both of us couples plan to come back with our extended families. Lots of stairs but makes it easy for everyone to have privacy when desired yet large main gathering area.

Terrific Location

Wonderful home that allowed us to spread out but also congregate in a central area. Outstanding deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Very clean with a ton of hand sanitizer, wipes, etc. for us to use. Would definitely rent again!!!

Great house

We had a wonderful stay at the Wizard Hat house. Beautiful views and spacious house. It was clean and a fun house to have the family spread out. There is a lot of stairs , different levels not a problem for us but just a FYI.

Friends golf retreat

The house was great, with a perfect view of the ocean. There are a lot of stairs so if that is a problem, you’ll need to find another place. Everything was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with a great pantry.
