The large screened lanai offers canal views, heated pool + jetted spa (extra $15/day) summer kitchen, counter top bar and seating perfect to cook your catch of the day.

Other things to note
Our commitment is to offer our guests a privacy and a pleasant stay during their vacation time. We have weekly services for pool maintenance, landscaping and monthly service for pest control; since these jobs are performing by subcontractors, we don't have any specific set day when the services will be performed. Upon guest's request we can have an estimate date and time to be provided.
