The property consists of 3 apartments, each with a private entrance. Every unit has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, and terraces. Albercutx Pollentia 1 (ground floor) has 4 double bedrooms for up to 8 guests. Albercutx Pollentia 2 (first floor) offers 3 double bedrooms for 6 guests, and Albercutx Pollentia 3 (second floor) has 4 double bedrooms for 8 guests, for a total capacity of 22 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and smart TV with streaming services. 3 high chairs and 3 cots are also available.



Free street parking is available, as well as a public car park very close to the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed.



Beach and pool towels are provided. The property has recycling rules; more information is provided on site. There is a bike rental shop in front of the house, and rentals can be arranged on request.
