You have 10 beds available, including 6 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 extra bed, and 1 queen-size bed, ensuring a restful sleep for every guest.The interior is fully equipped with 9 bathrooms (7 with shower, 1 with bathtub, and 1 guest toilet), air conditioning throughout the house, and heating with a heat pump. The separate kitchen with an induction hob is fully equipped with state-of-the-art household appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a wide selection of kitchen utensils.The outdoor area is a true paradise with a 5000m² plot, including a garden, 100m² terrace, garden furniture, grill, and a fenced area. The highlight is the private 9x4 meter pool, perfect for fun and relaxation.Strategically located near the sea, just 200 meters from Es Clot beach, this house offers a unique experience.
