The house with the large vacation rental is located in a quiet little residential neighborhood. The view from the vacation rental or the garden terrace is breathtaking. The historic town center, with the mountains in the background, offers a view that’s “postcard-perfect.” The vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a separate living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed. There is a large bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a fitness room or a second bedroom with separate beds (a queen-size bed for 2 people and a single bed) and, of course, a separate restroom. A lockable garage with storage space for bicycles and similar items is available to guests, as is the large terrace with a spacious lawn for sunbathing and a large garden featuring a luxurious outdoor lounge. Free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, and various other amenities are provided! Guests will receive a confirmation email containing the entry code (which they ideally set themselves), which also specifies the total amount due as a prepayment. We request payment in advance via bank transfer, though cash payment upon arrival is also possible. Check-in is available starting at 6:00 a.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the vacation rental by 11:00 p.m. Since the house cat, Rosa, is the “mistress” of the house, unfortunately no other pets are allowed. (The cat does not enter the vacation rental.) The vacation rental is a self-catering apartment; however, fresh rolls are provided every morning upon request via the roll delivery service (one-time fee of 5.00 EUR).
