We are very pleased to offer you a stay at H.Aus.that, for us, stands for one of the most beautiful “spots under the white-and-blue sky.” All year round, you can expect the warmth, natural charm, and traditional customs of our homeland. The location is the perfect starting point for your adventure vacation. Away from the hustle and bustle yet right in the heart of it all, you can enjoy your accommodations while still being able to reach the many excursion destinations and sights in no time. The amenities you’ll find here include a private parking space in front of the house, free Wi-Fi, a set of bed linens and towel set per person included, a travel crib / co-sleeper / safety gate available free of charge upon request, a high chair available free of charge upon request, children’s tableware available free of charge upon request, and the city bus / on-demand bus stop just 50 meters from the house. Our GEIßKOPF vacation apartment, fully renovated in 2023, can accommodate up to 3 people. In our studio apartment, you’ll find cozy living comfort across 35 m² of living space: bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, and 1 set of shower and hand towels per person; cozy living/dining/sleeping area: double bed (180x200 cm), linens provided; pull-out sofa bed, linens provided; flat-screen TV with satellite channels; cozy dining area; attached, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave; private, large, south-facing terrace with table and chairs, as well as a small sunroom in the entryway; Free Wi-Fi; clothes rack, iron/ironing board, and cleaning supplies provided; NON-SMOKING APARTMENT—smoking permitted outdoors. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or in advance (no later than 5 days before arrival) via bank transfer or debit card payment. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of 1.80 EUR per person/night is payable on-site. Starting in 01.01.2024, the tourist tax is 1.95 EUR per person per night. A travel crib or baby cot is available free of charge upon request (crib includes a mattress and fitted sheet; please bring your own bedding for hygienic reasons). A high chair is available free of charge upon request. Final cleaning, bed linens, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are included in the base price.
