5* for a clean property, which was truly appreciated! Nicely renovated condo! King bed was very comfy. We didn't really use the kitchen other than making coffee and eating snacks. A/C worked well!! The enclosed patio area was very nice but we didn't use it as it was just too hot. Beds in the alternate room, sofa bed and a couple doors were squeaky. Seabrook is a lovely resort!There is a good amount of paperwork to fill out for parking, digital access cards, etc before you arrive. I found it to be a little confusing as first time guests, but it was all worth it in the end - just take note it is necessary. The condo is very close to tennis/pickleball courts and the Seabrook entrance. Seabrook dining, shops, main pool and beach were about a 15 min drive. Next time, we'll rent a golf cart. We biked every day to Kiawah for breakfast. Communication finding the place could have been better. While Sandpiper gave one address, it seems there is another address that likely would have been better locating the place. One thing to note with Seabrook is they have included gratuity everywhere, but will still present a receipt to you with a tip line. We, inadvertently, left multiple 40-50% tips that were not necessary, and quite aggravating, especially when we told the kids to be cognizant of tipping appropriately. We felt a little taken advantage of in that area, but will know better next time.
