You'll be staying in a renovated 1912 duplex rowhouse in the first floor unit.

It features a living room (with 65 inch TV) that can be closed off to create a 2nd bedroom. It has Wirecutter's #1 sleeper sofa (queen size and no middle bar!) and blackout curtains.

The bedroom has a queen bed and work desk, along with blackout curtains. It also has an armoire and dresser for all your storage needs, and a closet is in the hallway.

You'll also have a separate dining room/game room, with another TV, record player (and vinyl!) and bluetooth, and board games. We also have a full kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the back courtyard. And a washer/dryer in unit.
