Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, this home features multiple living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, front porch, rear deck with BBQ, and a private bocce court. With room for up to 10 guests, dedicated workspaces, and pet friendly accommodations, it`s the perfect home base for beach days, boardwalk adventures, and relaxing evenings by the fireplace.
Living & Dining
Step inside and you`ll be welcomed by a bright, inviting coastal retreat designed with comfort and gathering in mind. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, fireplace, and a collection of board games, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, spacious countertops, and a stocked coffee bar. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for six guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island and several cozy spaces to relax and connect throughout the main level.

This three story home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The second floor features two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination, along with a spacious primary suite complete with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third floor offers two additional bedrooms, including one with two twin beds and another with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Dedicated workspaces in two of the bedrooms make it easy for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

Enjoy plenty of outdoor living space during your stay. Relax on the large front porch, challenge friends and family to a game on the private bocce court, or gather for outdoor dining on the rear deck featuring a BBQ grill connected directly to a natural gas line. Located on charming Oakland Ave, you’ll be close to local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and Ventnor’s beautiful beach and boardwalk (only 1.5 blocks!). Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach town atmosphere while still being just minutes from the casinos, nightlife, and entertainment of Atlantic City, as well as the dining and shopping of nearby Margate. Don’t miss Ventnor’s popular summer Farmers Market every Friday from 8am-12pm.

This listing is for the upper unit, which occupies the second and third floors of the home. There is a separate first floor unit located below. None of the home`s entrances, indoor spaces, outdoor spaces, amenities, or parking areas are shared. You will have complete privacy throughout your stay.
STAIRS: There are approximately 8 steps from the sidewalk to the front porch. Once inside, there are approximately 8 to 10 stairs from the main living level to the second floor bedroom level, and another 8 to 10 stairs from the second floor to the third floor. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout the home.
HVAC: The home features central heating and air conditioning. There are thermostats located on the main living floor and the third floor, allowing guests to easily adjust the temperature throughout their stay.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking, no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house trained and flea free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
