Modern family residence in an idyllic location close to the village and the beach. In a sunny, gentle hillside location with two holiday homes Case delle Rose Gialla and Rose - the Rose Houses. Surrounded by country houses, small farms and meadows. A terraced garden surrounds you, with open spaces for playing and relaxing. The pool faces the lake.
All holiday flats are accessible via the terrace with private partly covered outdoor areas. Dining table, deck chairs and a private barbecue invite you to long romantic evenings. The marina and the centre of the attractive holiday town of Colico are just a few minutes' walk away. The Pian di Spagna, the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, begins practically on your doorstep. The landlords of the holiday homes, a family of civil engineers, are passionate hobby gardeners. This is reflected in the beautifully landscaped garden and in the names of the flats.
The solar-heated pool is open from Easter to mid-September, depending on the weather. The lake, numerous bathing possibilities and a surfing school near Colico can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Via your seaside furnished garden terrace you enter the flat in the granny annexe and the spacious bright living room with dining table, open modern and well-equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. On the sea side is the double bedroom, on the mountain side the twin bedroom and the single bedroom, the large shower room with washbasin, WC and bidet and a separate guest WC with washbasin and bidet, both also with windows.
