Enjoy a cozy, cottage-inspired space with warm finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious covered patio perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Whether you are here to explore visit Maryville or Knoxville, the Smoky Mountains, or just enjoy a getaway, this space is designed to feel like home. Guests will find two cozy bedrooms featuring a king master bedroom (with twin trundle bed in the same run) and a queen bedroom, offering plenty of space to relax. The tranquil bathroom includes a refreshing shower and many added conveniences. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this amazing space welcomes you with warmth and ease!

This location is absolutely perfect! The unit is nicely furnished, very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are wonderful and access was simple. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is incredible and everything we needed was available in the unit. There was even a personal handwritten note from the hosts when we got there. This will definitely be the first place I check the next time we’re headed to Knoxville!
