About Ironcrest Properties

We are a boutique short-term rental company rooted in the Southeast, built on one uncompromising belief — where you stay should feel like somewhere you belong.

Ironcrest Properties was founded by a team that approaches hospitality the same way they approach everything else — with intention and a genuine investment in getting it right. We don't manage dozens of generic rentals from a distance. We own every property, renovate each one with our in-house team, and personally oversee every detail before you ever turn the key.

We launched with The Magnolia Escape in Hinesville, Georgia — our flagship property and the standard every future Ironcrest home is measured against. From the gel-foam mattresses to the dual coffee station to the spa-style showers, nothing is accidental. Every decision was made by people who have stayed in enough rentals to know what falls short — and refused to repeat those mistakes.
We are hosts who genuinely care what you think when you walk through the door. Our in-house team handles everything — grounds care, maintenance, and professional cleaning — so what you see in the photos is exactly what you get.

We chose this neighborhood deliberately. Tucked in a quiet, well-kept residential pocket just off Hwy 84, The Magnolia Escape sits at the intersection of peaceful and practical. You're surrounded by neighbors who take pride in where they live — and that energy is contagious. Tree-lined streets, well-maintained properties, and a genuine sense of calm greet you the moment you arrive.

But don't let the quiet fool you. Within minutes you have Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby, and a full lineup of dining options. Fort Stewart — one of the largest military installations in the country — is just 10 minutes away, making this the ideal home base for military families, contractors, and visiting personnel who need comfort without compromise.

Prefer the coast? Savannah's historic district and some of Georgia's most beautiful beaches are just 40 minutes away — close enough for a day trip, far enough to feel like an escape.

This isn't a hastily furnished rental with mismatched furniture and bare walls. The Magnolia Escape was built from the ground up with one question in mind — what would make a guest never want to leave?

Start with the bones. A beautifully renovated brick ranch home in a quiet Hinesville neighborhood, freshly updated with sleek, modern finishes that feel warm rather than sterile. Neutral tones, clean lines, and spa-caliber bathrooms that actually live up to the name. Every room was thoughtfully designed — not decorated on a budget.

Three bedrooms. Two king beds and a twin room that works for families, crews, and mixed travel groups alike. High-grade gel-foam mattresses with protective layering mean you wake up rested — not stiff. Luggage racks in every room because we thought about the details most hosts skip.

The kitchen is fully loaded — not "basically stocked." Pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need for a real home-cooked meal. Then add a dual coffee station — Nespresso and traditional drip — with ceramic mugs and to-go cups for mornings when you need to move.

Step outside to a charming brick-framed front porch with plush wicker seating, crisp cushions, and soft landscape lighting that makes evenings feel like a private retreat.

Fort Stewart is 10 minutes away. Savannah and the coast are 40. Hwy 84 and I-95 put everything else within reach.
