Nestled in nature and designed for comfort, this spacious, family-friendly retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Take your friends fishing or rent a boat on the famous Cumberland lake. The activities are endless! 5 spacious Bedrooms - 2 KING - Full over Twin bunk room - 5 TWINS - A Crib and pack and play available as well. 3 FULL SIZE bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for all your culinary needs!

Perfect place to stay near Lake Cumberland and on the river. Gorgeous views. Everything you could need in a home away from home. The layout is genius, the home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Extremely easy checkout and cleanup process (no requirements to clean prior to leaving). We were 4 adults and 8 kids. Kids had a blast (lots of places to play hide and seak) and the adults enjoyed the laughter, firepit, and amazing river views. The boat ramp was perfect and even gave the kids a spot to dip their toes in the water. Lake cumberland and the dam were very close and was a nice spot to swim. Covered parking was a nice touch. The river is not super easily accessible from the rear yard for fishing but it can be done. We would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back.

We had grandparents plus two families with kids. The 6 kids (ages 5-13) said "it was AWESOME!" They loved the foosball table. Parents loved the covered deck along the back. The river was gorgeous. Foot access to the river is difficult (steep and rocky) from the property itself, but just down the street is the community ramp. Comfortable beds! FYI - the steps up to the second level room with the three single beds are very steep. Easy 20-25 minutes to Grider Hill Marina and State Dock for days on Lake Cumberland. Plenty of parking including long driveway for truck with boat trailer.

Great house on the River with plenty of space for all of us. It was so peaceful sitting on the back porch in the mornings, looking out at the water!
