Only minutes (0.8 miles) to the Ramsey Point boat ramp on beautiful Lake Cumberland. This vacation home is Very family-friendly and boasts spaciousness with the open concept floor plan. Ample parking onsite for vehicles and boats. Marinas nearby for boat rentals. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the luxurious hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, and waterfall feature! Enjoy the fire pit next to the covered patio. We supply the firewood! Don't forget the s'mores!! Security cameras are located outside on property (Ring Doorbell Camera at the front entrance) for the security and safety of our guests!

Summer Kickoff

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the house, very pleased with the accuracy of the photos. Nothing was edited, everything was the same size as it looked in the pictures. The host was tentatively checking in on us to make sure everything was good after some problems from Mother Nature. Hope to stay again.

Family fun!

Beautiful home well equipped for a large family stay. We had 12 people from 3 generations and we all had a great time. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub is amazing! The beds are comfy too. Remote enough to be peaceful yet close enough to the marina for our days on the lake. Thank you Kevan for a wonder place to stay on our family vacation!

The place was just perfect for our family. The owner was very accommodating and responded very promptly if we had any problem. Would highly recommend.
