Paradies Kaiserhof-Terrasse, gr. Playground, dog-friendly - Zinnowitz -

This modern new building is located in the second row on the 2,800-square-meter property of the Kaiserhof, a historic spa-style villa listed as a cultural monument, on a quiet side street. It’s just a stone’s throw to the center: a 5-minute walk takes you right to the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz, where a variety of restaurants, cafés, and boutiques await you. Just a few meters further on, you’ll find well-known Zinnowitz attractions such as the pier with its diving gondola and the Lift Café, where you can enjoy a delicious slice of cake while taking in a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. 

Our vacation rental spans two floors. On the first floor, there’s an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and an adjoining living room, where you can make yourself comfortable on the couch or step out onto the furnished terrace. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is also located on the first floor.
A sturdy wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, and the other has a bunk bed and a single bed.
The couch in the living room can be pulled out to accommodate one additional person, making the apartment ideal for 4 adults and two children up to 14 years old. NEW! Toddlers up to 3 years old stay here for free!
A calm, family-friendly dog is also welcome here. Please contact us regarding larger dogs or multiple dogs.

Wi-Fi is included in the price, as are a high chair and a travel crib. Please specify if you need the travel crib.

You can book linen packages (bed linens and towels) for an additional fee; please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival.

Along with the final payment, a security deposit of 150 EUR must be transferred; this will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment.

Sun, sand, and lake—or vacation, leisure, and family: This cozy semi-detached house is a picture-perfect getaway for beach lovers, families, and active vacationers alike. In winter, the public sauna in the adjacent building offers a relaxing wellness experience (use for a fee).

With approximately 55 square meters of living space, up to 6 people will find everything to make a vacationer’s heart sing. With warm colors and plenty of wood, you’ll feel right at home. In the open living area, the radio and TV provide entertainment in the evening or on those rare rainy days. And thanks to free Wi-Fi access, your favorite playlist is just a click away. The kitchenette includes the standard appliances—such as an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher—as well as handy small appliances like a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower; you’ll also find a step stool for children and a clothes rack for drying your bath towels here. You’ll especially come to appreciate the terrace in front of the house for summer barbecue evenings.

The upper floor serves as the quiet zone: this is where the two bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, while the other can accommodate three children thanks to a single bed and a bunk bed. A sixth person can make themselves comfortable on the sleeper sofa in the living area.

If you’d like to lighten your luggage, take advantage of our offer to book laundry packages. These include towels and bed linens. You can also book a private parking space for a fee.
For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge. Please simply let us know your needs when booking so that these items will be ready for you upon arrival at the apartment.

Family-friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome here (for a fee). If you’d like to bring larger dogs or multiple pets, please contact us in advance. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property.

Out of consideration for non-smokers, smoking is prohibited in the vacation rental.
